Asha watched him climb through the window. No matter how quickly he did it she could still see him, and she could hear him dispite his best efforts. "Morning... How was your night?" she asked turning her head to look at him. She started to stand up and cross the room into her bathroom brushing through her hair. She tried to wipe the sleep from her eyes that seemed to be unavoidable lately. She didn't put on makeup like she usualy did because she wouldn't need it for her shift today in the forest. She walked into the bathroom and shut the door changing quickly into gym shorts and a lose t-shirt. When she was finished she came back and sat on the bed waiting for an answer.

Devin smiled at his beautiful girlfriend. "Amazing. Any night with you is." he smiled. He watched her get ready for the day. He looked down at his usual fashionably holed jeans, rocker t-shirt, and his usually messy hair. Asha said that she loved his hair when he just let it be messy. Of course he wore it like that now. "You look gorgeous, as usual." he commented as she walked out of the bathroom. He laid back down on her bed and put his hands behind his head. He lounged there watching her. He was one love sick puppy.

Asha turned and watched him lay back. How could anyone be so hot? Oh right they couldn't because Devin was perfect, literally. She crossed her legs and sighed. "Dakota come in this morning?" she asked referring to him coming back into the window. It was weird knowing that he could read her mind when she was already used to it. "And you are looking like a sexy beast... as always." she joked with him lightly. Asha looked over at the clock on her bedside table. It was about 10 o'clock. She had to leave soon so that she could go meet the guys in the forest.

Devin nodded, a crooked smile across his face. "Yeah. He came in this morning wondering why you were so loud in your sleep. I went home and changed and when I came back he was gone. Then you woke up." he explained. He took Asha's hand and led her to the bed. He pulled her down on top of him, so that she was laying on him. He wrapped his cold arms around her hot body. It was like a match made in heaven. "I wish you didn't have to go..." he said nuzzling her neck. "In my ideal world we could just be together all the time. There was no ridiculous feuds and no hatered....and maybe no bad smell." he added with a smile. He raised his gaze back to her face and kissed her. He really didn't want her to leave. He liked where they were.

Asha lookede at him confused as she followed him to the bed and layed down ontop of him laying her head on his chest. "I was loud when I slept?" she asked confused. His arms felt good around her body that was on fire. Ahsa smiled "Yeah if an ideal world existed..." she said laughing a bit. "Yeah, no bad smell." she said through laughter. She kissed him back still smiling a bit. She glanced at the clock which read 10:05. "I have to go... I'm sorry." she said kissing him again before getting up. "You wanna go for a walk? You could esscort me to the other side of the forest." She offered smiling a little bit.

Devin's face dropped as she got up. "Damn...I liked you being right there...." he said. He stood up and stretched a bit. A walk sounded good. "Yeah. I'll escort you. Can't have you getting lost or...hurt." he said walking over and wrapping his arms around her again. If anything ever happened to Asha it would be all his fault. He could not, would not, let anything happen to her. She was just way too important. "I love you, baby. Always will." he kissed her on the lips. Then he heard foot steps coming up the stairs. Dakota. He flew out the window and out of sight. He would wait for Asha in the woods. He just couldn't get her in trouble.

Asha smiled a little. "I liked being right there." she answered brushing through her hair once more. Asha turned in his arms so she was facing him and put her arms around his neck. She searched his eyes trying to figure out what he was thinking about. Hopefully not the whole 'it's all my fault.' thing again. That killed her. "I love you forever and always." she said kissing him back. Before she knew what was happening he was out of her arms and through the window. "Damnit Dakota." she muttered going to her door to open it and walk downstairs. She saw Dakota half way up the stairs. "I'm gonna head out."
Dakota had started to walk upstairs to make sure Asha was awake since she was sapposed to have left already. "Oh, ok I'll see you when you get back... unless you have other plans?" Dakota was still mad about her and Devin and he came off as cold when he was talking about him. Before he could say anything else she was out the door and headed for the woods. Dakota rolled his eyes before going back to the living room and laying down on he sofa.

Devin hurried to the woods. That was way too close. He needed to be more careful from now on. He paced back and forth waiting for Asha. He hoped that Dakota couldn't smell him. He knew that Dakota hated him. But his love for Asha was far greater than any stupid treaty.

was fast to get to the forest, she didn't want Dakota trying to shove extra things on her today. She walked straight to Devin maybe the smell is helpful she thought as she walked up to him with great ease. "You can't run from Dakota forever." she said mater o' factly "He knows everything that happens to me, remember he can hear my every thought. No secrets." She took Devin's hand smiling at him, she really could care less if Dakota knew, that wasn't going to stop anything. She began to walk still at a quick pace not worried that Devin would fall behind.

Devin smiled as Asha came up beside him. "I know. I'd just do it later than sooner." he laughed. He knew that Dakota probably knew about everything. But he wasn't doing anything wrong. Didn't the tribe have to be nice to the person that they're brothers/sisters imprinted on? So they really couldn't hurt him. Charity was another matter. They would surely not hesitate to strike. Or maybe they would. He didn't know. He took Asha's hand and circled it with his fingers. "I love you, baby." he smiled as he leaned down to kiss her. He kissed her lightly on the lips then suddenly perked. There were others near by. He could hear their thoughts.
Asha's really been pushing Dakota these days. With all this nonsense with the blood sucker. If he doesn't snap soon he's going to go insane. I don't know how Asha stands that thing anyway.
I heard a little something somewhere that she imprinted on the leech.
I sure hope that's not true.
"I better go baby." he said getting a little anxious.

Asha had heard the other near by. The scratch of their paws digging into the dirt, the swish of their tails, and the panting. She didn't want to deal with this today. They all knew she had imprinted on Devin. They might claim they didn't when she changed, but there was no secret. It wasn't fair at all. Asha kissed him on the lips "I love you too." She knew he was listening to their thoughts. She would kill them for what they were thinking if it was making Devin want to leave. "Don't listen to them Devin... You don't know why we imprint... The past tribe leaders think it is to make stronger werewolves or you imprint on the most likely person that would carry on the werewolf line... Devin there was a reason I imprinted on you... don't let them get to you..." She wished she could hear his thoughts it would make this so much easier. "I have to go... we'll talk later... Please stop being so hard on yourself!" she begged as she kissed him once more hugging him tightly before running into the forest a lot further ahead of him, but not close enough so she could phase in peace. Once she had phased she grimmace in her mind "Thanks a lot you guys, can you ever just shut your big mouths?"

Dakota went out to the forest he had smelled that blood sucker all night in their house. He could smell it when it left her room and when it was back. He was starting to get ticked off. He phased and when over to Asha. I will shut my big mouth when I feel like it. You're off duty go home, we need to talk. Dakota turned to the other three that were working with her. You'll have to handle it on you're own today guys.

Asha rolled her eyes mentally. She was so tired of Dakota bossing her around. Make me. She challenged him. She heard a firce snarl rip through the air it came from Dakota (of course). Asha answered with an identical snarl pulling her muzzle up in a defenive way to show her teeth. He was going to make her, stupid alpha, why did she have to be the beta? She could leave the pack whenever she wanted to. Another alien snarl ripped through the air as a wolf stepped between them ordering the both of them to lay off. Dakota and Asha both obeyed. Instead of phasing she took off on her usual route through the woods she wanted the voices out of her head but she wouldn't phase anywhere close to home, not right now. Once she was three miles away and headed west she phased and pulled on her shorts and shirt quickly. As far as she could tell no one had followed her. Asha smelt the bile from the ocean, it was deserted right now, at least the part across from her was. She started for the beach planning to walk as slowly as possible home. She was off duty right?
By the time she got home the sun was showing sighns of it being twelve o'clock. It had poured rain for a good thirty minutes while she was walking, she smelled Dakota, and heard his heart beat. She could also hear the baseball game. When she started to think about Dakota it made her wish that the other wolf wouldn't have come between them. She wanted to take a few good shots at him right now. She decided she wasn't ready to talk to him yet and layed down on the beach perfectly comfortable, until a girls voice inturupted.
"Asha, have you seen Dakota?"
The voice asked. Of course it was Melanie. The girl Dakota had imprinted on, and she was just as obsessed with him. "He's back at the house." she said flatly not bothering to look at the girl she usualy called her friend.
